Production Process of Flotation Separation Production Line

Firstly, the raw material will be sent into crusher machine for primary crushing and then the crushed ore will be sent into ball mill for further grinding. Secondly, the ore after grinding will be sent into spiral classifier or high frequency screen for materials grading.

The cleaned and grouped materials will be sent into flotation machine for recovery and enrichment. After flotation separation, the ores will be processed by thickener and then dried by rotary dryer, thus the whole flotation separation process is finished.
